Nice, clean and safe hotel with good breakfast. Make sure you get to the breakfast on time otherwise you may have to wait for a spot.

No parking at the hotel. Our parking spot at another hotel was a 15 minute walk. In front of the hotel is a very busy road and no parking spot to load/unload the car.

The family apartment was large enough to accommodate a family of four. Some apartments are larger than others.

I thought that the rooms were very dark. Our apartment was not ready for us even 2 hours after check-in. No one apologized for any inconvenience.

Very good location, friendly staff, perfect service. Our hotelroom was elegant and comfortable, the living room was perfect for hanging around during the day, and the evening. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The place is perfectly situated, just a short walk away from Wenceslas Square, making it a convenient location.

The staff were very helpful, the hotel is very close to the main shopping precinct,tesco's, trams etc. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and the service was great.

We were in the attic and only a small window on the roof, this was a little clostrophobic and extremely warm. Otherwise it was comfortable and clean.

Enjoyed a variety of options during breakfast, exceptional customer service, and convenient parking facilities nearby.

I liked everything. Very nice and helpful staff, great location, 5 minutes walk from Museum and metro, very clean, perfect rooms, nice decor, comfortable beds, high standard bedding, good breakfast, all was tasty and fresh. Will definitely come back next time and recommend to others. I felt like at home and wished I could stay there longer. Liked handy kitchenette, very well equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and a cooker!!! Didn't expect to stay in such a nice hotel for a quite low price.

Room was nicely decorated and comfortable with some kitchen facilities. Staff were friendly and the location is good (near Wenceslas Square and the main railway)

There was not parking. Elevator was not comfotable.

The thing I enjoyed most about the hotel is the cute guy of the reception! :D He's also very friendly! The rooms are clean and comftable and the location is good. I had a great time together with my friend! C van Leuven
